Tropical Green Smoothie
This one is a winner. I have been making a variation of this green smoothie for years and it is simply scrumptious.
Ready in 8-10 minutes
2-3 servings
Ingredients
2 cups mango, frozen
1 banana, frozen
2 heaping cups spinach, fresh or frozen
1 medjool date
5 sprigs fresh cilantro
½ cup greek yogurt
1 small knob ginger, finely diced
¼ cup ice
½ cup coconut milk, or enough to blend
Feel free to add chia, hemp, flax seeds if you have them!
Preparation
Gather ingredients and a high speed blender.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Note: add just enough liquid needed to blend.
