Tropical Green Smoothie

This one is a winner. I have been  making a variation of this green smoothie for years and it is simply scrumptious. 

Ready in 8-10 minutes

2-3 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mango, frozen

  • 1 banana, frozen 

  • 2 heaping cups spinach, fresh or frozen

  • 1 medjool date

  • 5 sprigs fresh cilantro

  • ½ cup greek yogurt

  • 1 small knob ginger, finely diced

  • ¼ cup ice

  • ½ cup coconut milk, or enough to blend

  • Feel free to add chia, hemp, flax seeds if you have them!

Preparation

  1. Gather ingredients and a high speed blender. 

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Note: add just enough liquid needed to blend. 

  3. Enjoy!
