I’m Bella—a Registered Dietitian, chef-trained nutrition expert, and firm believer that good food should be both nourishing and enjoyable. I studied culinary dietetics because, to me, food is more than just fuel—it’s culture, connection, and one of life’s greatest joys.
Before launching Avocado Bella, I worked as a clinical dietitian at Massachusetts General Hospital, collaborating with some of the best medical teams in the world. That experience deepened my understanding of how nutrition plays a powerful role in both preventing and managing chronic disease—but it also reinforced what I’ve always believed: food has to be practical, satisfying, and delicious for it to truly make a difference.
