Basil Tarragon Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup red wine vine

  • 7-10 large basil leaves 

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice 

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 

  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper  

Preparation

  1. Gather all ingredients and a high speed blender. 

  2. Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, basil, lemon, honey, dried oregano, sea salt and cracked black pepper to the blender and blend until smooth. Store chilled in the refrigerator and enjoy for up to 5 days.
