Overnight Oats

I was never into overnight oats but that quickly changed after discovering THE BEST oat to milk to chia ratio. I rarely whip out the measuring cups/spoons but the extra mile is #worthit with this recipe.

Ingredients

  • •1/2 cup oats

  • •1/2 cup milk of choice

  • •1/4 cup greek yogurt

  • •1 tablespoon chia seed

  • •1 teaspoon maple syrup (sweeten to taste)

Preparation

  1. Add ingredients to a jar and stir or shake well.

  2. Store in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours. 

  3. Add your favorite toppings such as greek yogurt, coconut, fruit, etc. and enjoy.
