Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Granola 

Ready in 20-25 minutes

3 cups or 12 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder

  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil (or olive oil)

  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (I love the ones by Enjoy Life)

  • 2 tablespoons 100% maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon flakey sea salt 

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit, line a sheet tray with parchment paper and grab a medium mixing bowl.

  2. Add rolled oats, cacao powder, coconut oil, chocolate chips, maple syrup and flakey salt to the medium mixing bowl. Fold to combine. 

  3. Spread granola evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and aromatic. 

  4. Allow for granola to cool for 10-15 minutes for the best crunch and enjoy!
